We want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before ordering.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all candle sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Orders delayed by the carrier

  • Scent preference or dislike

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


Shipping Issues

Chambliss Candle Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
