Processing Time
All candles are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or limited-edition releases.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Please note that shipping timelines provided by the carrier are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Chambliss Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Chambliss Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the order as delivered. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
